When is my order being processed?
You can place your order at any time on our website. During general opening hours we despatch your order on the same day. Once your order is despatched you will receive a confirmation.

Yes, this is possible. SpareParts-Watches sells to both private parties and businesses. You can enter the required information on your profile or during the ordering process.

Are prices including or excluding VAT?
Prices include 21% VAT, according to the Dutch law. We at SpareParts-Watches find it important that both the professional and the hobbyist has easy access to all the parts and tools they need. The Dutch law requires us to display prices including VAT for consumers.
Are you part of a business outside of The Netherlands and you have a VAT number? Simply add the number in your account details and the VAT will be subtracted before you pay.
